A few days ago, I just returned back home from Bangkok, Thailand. I was there with my mom for a month as my sister finally completed her gender-confirmation surgery. It has been a relief for everyone that my sister is now officially a female.

Unfortunately for me, before the start of the vacation, I was terminated by a company who I have worked for 19+ years. So, my vacation was not as fun as I would have liked as I continued to look for jobs while in Bangkok. I don’t plan on dwelling on it, however, so getting back to blogging will be therapeutic for sure…

Anyway, being in Bangkok was very humbling. Even though I was born in the Philippines, most of my teenage years were spent in the US. So my worldview has been quite myopic, even though I convince myself otherwise. Interacting with the people of Thailand was definitely eye-opening. I should have learned some words before going there as most Thai folk don’t seem to know English. Communication was so difficult that I definitely felt like I was in an alien planet.

Since this blog is not about me, but about handsome and gorgeous bearish men, I had to do investigative work in trying to figure out who this Thai bear was. I scoured through the Internet, trying to find out who he is.

I still don’t know who he is, but it literally took me about 2 intermittent days to finally find more commercials of him in the Citibank Thailand Facebook page! Here’s a few:
