Taniela Tufeki Tupou: Tongan Thor

I haven’t heard of Taniela Tufeki Tupou, but these four images from tumblr’s rugbyandbears surely got my attention.

Nicknamed “Tongan Thor,” he is obviously Tongan by birth. But due to his birth and residency in Australia, he’s considered an Australian professional rugby union player.

He’s a young fella at 24, and he already has cauliflower ears. It’s an unfortunate result of playing in a physically-demanding sport.
