BigOfficerBear: The Big Boss Man Version 2.0

The Big Boss ManThe Big Boss Man was definitely one of my favorite pro-wrestlers growing up as a teenager. He was a musclechub before I had any idea what a musclechub was. Others would probably just call him a “chub,” and that’s okay.

To me, he was still a “bear” — “bear” being an umbrella term to describe large men. Honestly, if I could rewind time, I would have just started a blog called “Large Men.”

However, that just sounded so plain. And the term “bears” made my inner hipster extremely happy.

The Big Boss Man (real name: Ray Traylor) is not in this world any longer. However, he had made my teenage years very exciting (I had a very boring teen life). He was literally an exciting figure: he was a cocky heel and that sky blue police uniform made him an imposing figure that fulfilled my fantasies. And don’t get me started when he started sweating…

Fast-forward 32 years later. I was just browsing through YouTube when I was recommended by YouTube’s algorithm to watch a video titled “Wresting BIG Officer Bear” (you can only watch this video in YouTube):

Suddenly, I was whisked away to my teenage years. This BigOfficerBear brought back fond memories of The Big Boss Man (the “heel version” of course). That video was not a short clip, but an actual full match. Granted he completely dominated the whole match but it was still glorious to watch it nevertheless.

BigOfficerBear ScreenshotI wanted more and I found out that he has a website: bigofficerbear.com. Wow, he has videos from BDSM, wrestling, squashing, and smothering. I was a bit disappointed that he only has one video where he got dominated. But beggars can’t be choosers! I mean, it’s BIG OFFICER BEAR! The name says it all.

BigOfficerBear 02What’s even cooler is that he doesn’t role-play just a police officer. He also cosplays as Roadhog!

(As an aside, check out my numerous Tumblr blog posts on Roadhog; by the way, I am Gizmo72 on Overwatch PC. Not surprisingly, my main character is Junkrat.)

BigOfficerBear as Roadhog

Anyway, needless to say, this site is for the 18+ and over crowd. I try my best to keep my blog PG-13, but based on what the majority thinks of my blog, I am Rated XXX. So, once in awhile, let us post something that is actually Rated XXX. 😉

I used a cloud software to make the above video. As a side-hustle, I have been using this to make Facebook video banner ads. I normally use VSDC Video Editor Pro, but Offeo does its job amazingly well if you want to make really short videos (like seconds short) with nifty special effects.

Most if not all of the images that I upload here will be enlarged and enhanced by a software called Topaz Gigapixel AI.

Drew Powell: SYFY Wire Conversation With Drew Powell About Gotham’s Solomon Grundy

Check out Drew Powell’s SYFY Wire’s interview. You can just feel how ecstatic he is to play the role of the zombiefied and indestructible Solomon Grundy. He talks like someone you can just talk to and feel comfortable with. He is such a sweet and jovial guy. Yeah, I said jovial. Anyway, I particularly enjoyed his tidbit about David Harbour (of Stranger Things fame!) working out in the gym for the upcoming Hellboy movie only to wear a padded costume, whereas Drew would be shirtless for most of the time. Drew Powell: Solomon Grundy, Gotham’s Thick Musclebear For Any Dark Day

Drew Powell Gotham S04E05 Solomon Grundy Origin 50.jpg

Gotham is one of my favorite TV shows. Third season, was undoubtedly the best, in my humble opinion. The 2-part season finale was beyond exciting and characters would just drop off like flies left and right. I loved it. April Fools (Level One Comedy)

[vodpod id=Video.5893651&w=425&h=350&fv=key%3Da04aaf2da3]

Here’s a great treat.  Remember my big obsession, Joey Oglesby?  Well, he’s currently with a comedy group called Level One Comedy.  They just released this off-kilter comedy short about April Fool’s Day.  And it’s really, really good.

Look at this link.  I just made you click on that and it didn’t lead you to anywhere on the internet. APRIL FOOLS!!!!!  :p

Super Shirtless Saturday: Mark Henry In Red Speedos

The BearMythology look has been updated again by your finicky and oft-absent blogger.  Also, based on numerous suggestions, I will finally get with the 21st Century and start placing “Continue Reading” links on every post for easier reading consumption…

Anyway, my great friend, GE, sent me a link to a video that gave me a heart attack (I wonder how many heart attacks I’ve had during the course of this blog’s lifespan?): it is a video of pro-wrestler, Mark Henry, wearing only skimpy bright red speedos!  Seriously, why can’t he wrestle with this type of outfit?! [KEEP ON WOOFIN’!]

Kevin Michael Richardson: The Bear With The Deep Bass Voice

I shared a clip of Cleveland Jr.’s rap battle with Kanye West from my Tumblr page, which then led me to the making of said rap battle in this video:

And the rest was history.  I discovered Mr. Kevin Michael Richardson and he’s definitely dreamy (at a quick glance, I thought he was James Monroe Iglehart).  And what caught my attention was his unbelievably sexy deep bass voice.  Check him out singing from the canceled show, “The Knights Of Prosperity” (I probably would have watched if I had known that he was in it):

His character’s name was Rockefeller Butts.

And check out his Wikipedia’s description of his work.  As an animation/gaming geek, this blurb is quite orgasmic:

Richardson has usually portrayed villainous characters due to his deep voice.

His credits include Captain Gantu from Lilo & Stitch, Goro in Mortal Kombat, the second voice of Skulker on Danny Phantom, Sarevok in the Baldur’s Gate series, Jolee Bindo in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Crunch Bandicoot in two of the Crash Bandicoot games, Tartarus from Halo 2, The Joker in The Batman, Ultimate Supreme Executive Chairman Drek in Ratchet & Clank, Antauri in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!, Openly Gator from Queer Duck, Barney Rubblefrom modern-day animated series and movies based upon The Flintstones, Maurice the Aye-Aye from The Penguins of Madagascar, the unbeatable guardian of the time portal in Samurai Jack, and the voice of Exile in the late ’90s cartoon Road Rovers.

He often plays characters based on and satirizing comedian Bill Cosby, such as on Family Guy (with the voice of Jerome in the 7th episode of the 8th season) and The Boondocks. He also voices Cleveland Brown, Jr. and Lester Krinklesac in The Cleveland Show.

Finally, here are more woofy photos of Kevin Michael Richardson:

Josh Gad: Jack Black & Jonah Hill’s Spawn

Does actor Josh Gad look like Jack Black with Jonah Hill’s girth and curly hair?  You be the judge as Josh Gad briefly impersonates the two actors (with artistic liberties) as a correspondent for The Daily Show in Comedy Central:

I first noticed him from Season 2, Episode 2 of Showtime’s Bored To Death.   And with the following image, it’s going to be very self-evident why I immediately fell in lust with this big and cute cuddly chubby bear…

Finally, check out his Funny Or Die comedy skit as “Jose Sanchez: Workout Guru”…  He appears to have a propensity for revealing his armpits as much as possible.  And I totally do not have any issues with that.  😉

Kristen Wiig Licks Zach Galifianakis’ Beard

When I was watching the latest episode of Showtime’s Bored To Death, I was pleasantly treated to a shirtless Zach Galifianakis getting his beard licked on by a drunken Kristen Wiig (love that gal) as she playfully tugs on the fur on his nipples while scraping off a stuck hair on her tongue.  Seriously, descriptions won’t do it justice…

Stay tuned for more dashing bears from Season 2 of Bored To Death.

Joey Oglesby: “The Ballad Of Ted & Tad”

Going through my archives, I realized that I have quite a handful of posts about the ever adorable Mr. Joey Oglesby.  He has a new web series called “The Ballad Of Ted & Tad.”  I’ve seen it, downloaded it, and watched it countless of times.  Others might feel offended by the conceit of the joke, but this is exactly what I come to expect from someone who sung a catchy song about a gay-hating God.  Check it out folks…

I can’t wait to watch further installments of this online series.  In the meantime here are screenshots of Joey from the video.  If I may add some constructive criticism: thank you for wearing a tanktop.  A big thumbs up from me, for sure…  😉

Paul Clemens: “The Horribly Slow Murderer With The Extremely Inefficient Weapon”

thsmwteiw

ChaserAlex submitted a very extended trailer that quickly became an instant favorite.  It’s Richard Gale‘s “The Horribly Slow Murderer With The Extremely Inefficient Weapon”…

Paul Clemens 21

I’m not sure if it’s a trailer for an even longer trailer or for a short film; but one thing is for sure, I definitely cannot wait to see this in its entirety.  This trailer is genius and writer/director Richard Gale really knew how to parody horror while at the same time respecting it.  That’s a tough act to juggle…

More importantly, our film’s woeful protagonist is played by a handsome daddy bear, Paul Clemens.

Paul Clemens reminds me of another woofy daddy bearish actor: J.T. Walsh.  Check out this trailer compilation for Needful Things (awesome movie and book, by the way) and check out J.T. Walsh’s “I killed my wife…is that wrong?” delivery.  Also, I found this interesting article where Russell’s Crowe character in Body Of Lies was also compared to the late J.T. Walsh: NY Magazine.

Corey Procter: Dallas Cowboys’ Center, Free Reign Drummer, Buffalo Bill Impersonator

Corey Procter as Jim Morrison
In an alternate universe, I would so buy this album...

A few months ago, Pat sent me an email about a metal group composed of four Dallas Cowboys players called “Free Reign” and I’ve been meaning to post about it but just “forgot” about it.  (I’m sorry, Pat!)  Two days ago, Brad sent me a video link to one of the woofy band member being shirtless and reenacting a very memorable/disturbing scene from Silence Of The Lambs.  You just have to see it for yourself…

Point is, I seem tend to focus on any news concerning big guys being shirtless…  😉

This spectacularly beefy man is Corey Procter (Dallas Cowboys’ Center and Free Reign‘s drummer).  Here’s a video of Corey Proctor and Marc Colombo promoting their debut concert at the Granada Theater:

Billy Villegas: 2010 California Marriage Protection Act PSA

I was sorting through my emails when I noticed an email from Billy Villegas and I literally fainted.  After recuperating, I read through the email and I was glad to hear that he and his wife enjoyed my post about him.  Not only do I already think that Billy is way cool for all the right reasons, he then tells me that he’s involved with this PSA video about the 2010 California Marriage Protection Act:

Thank you, Mr. Villegas.  I am grateful to always find heterosexual folks taking the time to support equal rights for the LGBT community.  Thank you very much…

Zach Galifianakis & Jack Black Urge You To Save Boobs

Zach & Jack Save The Boobs
My wishful thinking...

Zach Galifianakis and Jack Black are just two of the bearish celebrities who are speaking on behalf of the Noreen Fraser Foundation.  NFF is a charitable organization which raises awareness and funds for women’s cancer research.  In the following two videos, we have those two specializing in their own brand of humor as they urge our female brethren to save their boobies…

Rob Stern: What Happens When A Hot Chubby Bear Grows A Beard?

Rob Stern PTA Wrestler

This is just awesome.  IAmAaron from Tumblr just shared this video and the actor in it looked very familiar.  Once the credits rolled, I was surprised to find out that it’s Rob Stern from ActionPals!  Holy Moley!  He is even more cuter with a beard.  Is that even possible?

Such a missed opportunity with the ripping of the dress shirt though.  ^_^

Anyway, I then checked out ActionPals and found 2 new videos with Rob Stern.  He doesn’t have a beard in the first one but you get to see him in his handsome bearded glory in the second one…

Michael Van Ostade: “Cloverbrawl”

Michael Van Ostade Cloverbrawl

Now this is just awesome.  A couple of young lads have created this amazing video called “Cloverbrawl.”  As a video game geek, I was all over this two-part video.  Every game character, items, motifs that show up just made me giddy like a little girl.  These guys are gamers and this video is just a totally spectacular tribute.  I really hope that they make a series out of it.

And as a bonus, there’s an uber-cute chubby bear in it named Michael Van Ostade.  And for the Chubarama fans out there, make sure to check out his younger brother (I think?), Andrew Van Ostade.  He has videos of being a Fat Ninja and as a Fat Dancer.

Anyway, it’s unfortunate that Michael did not survive long enough to make it to part 2, but the overall film is still downright entertaining.

WillZone In “Kickass Baby!”

So there’s a new blog I just started stalking following on Tumblr, and he goes by the nickname of WillZone.  I never would have found out about him if the woofy The Pickup Bear did not reblog this photo of WillZone:

I then started to browse through it and, for some reason, the things he would be interested in suddenly became interesting to me as well.  The dong works in mysterious ways.  Anyway, while browsing his blog, I came upon his awesome video: “Kickass Baby!”

Lol.  A Baby Jedi is definitely kickass!  And WillZone is definitely one woofy, kickass bear…

Joe Davison: Woofy Independent Filmmaker

Joe Davison Beast

Joe Davison shotgunEver since I saw the low-budget film, 100 Tears, on DVD, not only did I become an instant fan of this ultra-gory slashfest, I also instantly fell in love with its writer/star, Joe Davison.  Unlike modern slasher films, this movie does not shy away from the actual “kill moment” nor does it switch to computer trickery either.  You see the incoming kill, you see what actually happens, and you then see its cringe-worthy results.

I really want to see what Joe can do with an actual Hollywood budget and I can only salivate on the what-ifs scenarios.  I then continued to follow his progress in the difficult world of independent filmmaking and I am excited to learn that his new film, Experiment 7, will be released soon (unfortunately, just for the lucky guys and ghouls who can attend the Freak Show Film Fest in Orlando, Florida).

Joe Davison shades

Joe Davison 100 TearsBeing a horror fan who’s slowly losing his interest in the genre, it is passionate artists like Joe Davison who keep hooking me back in.  100 Tears was low-budget and it showed.  However, it made up for down-to-earth acting and realistic gruesome special effects that never once used any digital manipulation.  When I then saw him in Fearmakers, I was a bit disappointed with the film and its special effects as it actually relied on computer special effects which ended up looking really, well, “cheesy.”  Still, it was worth the price of admission for seeing Joe Davison again in his leading-man role.

Being an unabashed Bruce Campbell fanboy, Joe Campbell is definitely up there in regards to horror genre heroes.  As Bruce relies on slapstick humor, thanks to Sam Raimi’s patented campy Looney Tunes-like horror, Joe relies on the subdued type of humor.  When I read on Mr. Davison’s biography, I found out that he used to be a comedian and his skills on that craft really show up in his films.  In 100 Tears, there was a natural flow to the dialogue that I found completely endearing.

Anyway, there are three main reasons why I’m excited to see Experiment 7.  One, is a given, but I’ll say it anyway: Joe Davison is flat-out amazingly handsome (this is also his directorial debut).  Second, he’s playing a snappy-talking, gun-toting badass in an apocalyptic landscape (if I have any favorite type of literary thematic fetishes, that would be it).  Check out the trailer below:

As part of my related ramblings, my Fallout 3 character was named JoeD in honor of Joe Davison.  That then concludes my final reasoning as to why I’m excited to see this flick.

Here are three hilarious instructional videos from Mr. Davison channeling William Shatner on how to kill these “supernaturalalitism” (lol) creatures…
